Disconnecting from the platform

You can disconnect your QuickBooks Online company from the Traction Platform at any time, either from your Intuit account (Settings → Connected Apps) or by asking your Traction advisor.

When you disconnect

• The platform stops retrieving data from your QuickBooks company.
• Reporting already prepared for you is retained under our engagement and record-keeping obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You can reconnect at any time by contacting your Traction advisor.

Removing your data

If you'd like your data removed from the platform as well, contact us at hello@tractionadvisorgroup.com and we'll handle the request as described in the Privacy Policy.
